The Local Accountability System Guide provides information and guidance to districts. This guide does not substitute for required training and is to be used in combination with support from TEA during the development of a local accountability plan.

Participating districts are required to submit a Notice of Interest, attend TEA-sponsored webinars and follow-up sessions, and submit draft plans for review and feedback.
Districts participating in training sessions during the 2022-23 school year may submit a plan for application to 2022-23 or following school years depending on the specifics of each district plan.
