State Approved Provider List (SAPL)

LASO Cycle 4 SAPL Process

LIFT conducted an approved vendor list process. The process was advertised on SAPL webpage and LIFT portal and is now closed. Details on vendor-led support for other initiatives are included in their program guidelines found on LASO webpage

The State Approved Provider List (SAPL) serves as the central resource for identifying providers approved to support initiatives in each LASO (Learning Acceleration Support Opportunities) cycle. All providers included on SAPL have been reviewed and vetted by program initiative staff at the Texas Education Agency to ensure alignment with initiative requirements. The SAPL provides the following key information:

  • Approved Providers: The names of providers approved for each initiative
  • Cross Initiative Overlapping Providers: Providers appearing across multiple initiatives are identified
  • Selection Guidance: Information is provided regarding which initiatives require provider selection by school systems and which include provider matching.

Provider Selection

The table below outlines how providers are determined across LASO Cycle 4 initiatives. Some programs allow school systems to choose directly from the State Approved Provider List (SAPL), while others are assigned by TEA to ensure statewide alignment. For agency-selected grants, initiative leads will connect directly with school systems to confirm matched providers.

Provider information for certain initiatives is forthcoming and will be shared as they become available.
