Adopted Amendment to 19 TAC Chapter 61, School Districts, Subchapter BB, Commissioner's Rules on Reporting Requirements, §61.1025, Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) Data and Reporting Standards
Summary: The adopted amendment reflects modifications to Texas Education Code, §48.009, made by Senate Bill 2050, 87th Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, relating to the reporting of bullying incidents, including cyberbullying. The amendment was adopted without changes since published as proposed.
Effective Date: July 26, 2022
