The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is excited to announce free training for school leaders on Excellence in Remote Instructional Delivery. The goal of this series of trainings is to ensure principals have access to knowledge and tools to drive remote learning instructional and program improvement in their school. The trainings will occur between July 20 and August 17.
Excellence in Remote Instructional Delivery
The training will include three modules (Module A: Introduction to Remote Instruction, Module B: Driving Remote Instructional Quality and Improvement and Module C: Building Staff Capacity). These modules will be differentiated by elementary, middle, and high schools. Each module will be 75 minutes long, be delivered over Zoom, be intentionally designed for connection to peers and an emphasis on actionable takeaways. Each training will include open resources for principals to use. Portions of the modules will be recorded and accessible via the Strong Start 20-21 website.
