Program Evaluation: Campus-Wide Reform Projects
Campus-wide reform efforts aim to have a substantive and lasting impact on education services and programs. Campus-based grant programs do not target a specific population of students, but rather positively influence all students on the campus through improved instructional practices, management approaches, and other whole-school changes.
