RDP Training Information
RDP Stand-Alone Training of Trainers is FREE but limited to 25 participants per session. If there are vacancies in the session you select, your registration form will be accepted and a confirmation notice sent via email. A certificate and CPE Credit will be given for participation, assignments, and attendance. The training is offered to employees of public schools and charter schools and Communities in Schools (CIS).
NOTE: Two to three registrants per school district will be allowed to attend training. Each individual should register using their own organization email address. If a registrant has not attended Administrator Training, but will attend the Coordinator Training they should secure a copy of the RDP Training Resources.
Course Descriptions
Virtual Restorative Discipline Practices (RPD) Stand-Alone Training for Administrators
This is a one-day training for administrators that provides an overview of Restorative Discipline (RPD) and example of RDP Tier 1 practices. Participants will experience essential elements and components of a circle and develop Respect Agreements and "I" statements that can be utilized immediately following the training.
Virtual Restorative Discipline Practices (RDP) Stand-Alone Training for Campus Coordinators
Prerequisite: Administrator Training
This is a two-day training for campus-level staff who will lead Restorative Discipline Practices (RDP) on elementary and secondary campuses. Participants will learn the role of the campus coordinator and will experience circles at all RDP and Tier 2 levels. They will learn how to develop an implementation plan for RDP and the steps for successful implementation.

Administrator Training
The Administrator Training is an overview of restorative discipline practices and training for Tier I Circles.
Campus Coordinator Training
The Campus Coordinator Training centers around Tier II and Tier III Circles.
Early Childhood Workshop
A prerequisite for attending the Fidelity Continuum Scale Workshop is prior attendance at the TEA stand-alone training of BOTH the TOT Administrator Training AND TOT Coordinator Training.
